  • Security & Access

    The complex is secured and locked at night at 6pm and re-opened at 6am.  The complex is therefore accessible to tenants between 6am and 6pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including public holidays.  All full sized garage units are tenant secured, whereby a tenant is responsible for supplying the padlock for the roller door and keep the key.  Some of the smaller units are similarly secured, others have internal building access and a pedestrian door only, and the agent will supply the key. Southern Cross Protection conduct 2 patrols each evening.

  • Payment Terms

    Once a storage unit is reserved and secured, the team at McGrath Estate Agents Southern Highlands will supply all tenants with a tax invoice with trust bank account details for payment.
